How to understand a Heatmap?

If you’re looking at a particular timeline report widget and you want to know which segments get the most attention, heatmaps show you in a visual way that’s simple to assimilate and make data-driven decisions from.

Heat maps use the increasing gradient-intensity of colors to indicate the increase in the corresponding count the widget is based upon.

Heatmaps are available only in the latest version of Reports.

Heatmaps features:

  • Hovering over a particular heatmap cell gives you the corresponding count.
  • Heatmaps can be visualized in various time-frames: Hour, Day, Month, Quarter and Year.

Heatmap color Gradient:

The heat map color gradience corresponds to a single row. This enables agents to have a granular inspection on each of the rows.
