- View Zoho customer information from HappyFox ticket-detail and new-ticket form.
- Create cases automatically in Zoho while creating HappyFox tickets.
How to Integrate Zoho CRM with HappyFox:
- Log in to HappyFox.
- Go to Apps >> CRM >> Zoho CRM.
- Click Install. In the subsequent screen, you will be asked to provide "Authentication token".
- Get Authentication token from Zoho CRM.
- Click "Save". This also enables the integration.

Note: Clicking on "Edit" would redirect you to the corresponding contact's landing page inside Zoho CRM.
Pushing HappyFox Ticket information into Zoho CRM:
To push HappyFox ticket information into Zoho CRM as "contact-cases"
- Go to Apps >> CRM >> Zoho CRM.
- Click Manage, then Enable "Push Ticket Information to CRM".
- Click Save.
Once it is enabled, you would find the ticket information inside the corresponding contacts page's cases section inside Zoho CRM:
